Great, I just miss the watermelon juice you used to make.

Shoutout to the team at the Dove Valley location for helping me this past week! When I mentioned that my drink had added ginger but I couldn’t taste it, they offered to make more ginger juice. It made my drink nice and spicy—just how I like it—and she was happy to help.

Long time customer and felt I needed to provide positive feedback! My drink was made on time and tasted like the extra ginger was added that I requested. I get the same drink most of the time and sometimes it genuinely doesn’t taste like the ginger was added, but it was extra spicy and perfect this time. Consistency at this location has been hit or miss but I’m happy with this visit! I just wish the pricing was more affordable so I could come multiple times a week like I used to. The price hikes have made a small juice roughly $10 and that’s too expensive.

The app doesn't work right. I ordered 2 juices, neither of them was filled to the top.

I went to the Dove Valley location twice this weekend and both times were good! I was happy with my orders — açaí bowl one day and green juice and chia seed pudding the other day. The açaí bowl was missing the cacoa nibs on top but didn't impact the overall bowl, this happens occasionally when I mark no drizzle on my order and I only notice once I'm home. The green juice was great because it actually had the extra ginger flavor that I marked on my order (a lot of the times I select that option on my app and it doesn't taste like any ginger was added). My feedback would be 1. Have employees work toward consistency with orders especially now that you can order custom bowls 2. Employees could be friendlier and more welcoming 3. Pricing could be more affordable.

I like your service i just wish that you would put oranges back on the menu for when I make my own juice. Other nectars have them on their website/app. but yours does not

We love the Dove Valley Nekter location! Everyone working there is so friendly and helpful and the smoothies, juices and bowls are delicious! Highly recommend!
