Girls were super cheerful and great smoothies!

LOVE that we have a Nekter on Dove Valley -- I always get delicious, expertly made smoothies and bowls and everyone is always so nice and helpful!

Why is everyone so rude? I walked in having a very calm friendly manner and I was stared at as if I wasn’t allowed to enter the store. No one said hi to me or anything, I just had to awkwardly ask for my online order. Not sure why I’m being looked up to down for ordering a smoothie?

I order the chocolate peanut butter smoothie at least two times a week, it’s usually pretty good but the shake I received on this particular day was really runny. My biggest criticism is that there’s no consistency.

The employees tend to be very young and the quality of the drinks chamge depending in who makes them. Today for example my smoothie was very watery and bland. In the past I've had them forget to put in chia seeds. The quality just isn't reliable.

I wish you had sizes for your smoothie bowls. I ordered on the app and it doesn’t tell you if it is ready before the estimated time. I couldn’t believe the prices for add ons, and that a scoop of protein wasn’t already included. Love the idea, but would love to see a few improvements. The staff hands me my order right away, isn’t particularly friendly. I don’t think either employee smiled.

I placed an order online but ended up needing it earlier then scheduled. A quick phone call and the girls were able to move my pick up time earlier. Easy peasy. My pick up was fast and my smoothie was so delicious- exactly what I needed.

Paying $30 for two smoothie bowls to then be stared at and given nasty looks by the snotty girls that work there. Hard pass! I’ve given them multiple occasions to welcome us in, smile, say hi, or even be somewhat friendly. Nothing. I haven’t experienced such terrible service in quite awhile. All of the girls go in the back and leave the front unattended for long periods of time with customers in the store. They never smile and seem downright miserable and annoyed to even be there. Olivia D was incredibly rude and made us feel uncomfortable with her judging stares and short snippy responses. I’m done spending my money here. Also, the last few times we’ve come in the bathrooms are so dirty I would rather hold it.

This store is always clean. Employees are attentive and friendly. My order was ready on time. My smoothie is flavorful and filling. Great customer care!

Loved the peanut butter and jelly smoothie!! It’s life changing!! It was ready before I got there!

Great place for fresh juice smoothies. Love the protein powder a bowl and the almond health nut smoothie. The owners are awesome!
