Service is great but the portion size has definitely shrunk over the last year. Now when I get a bowl it’s about half to two-thirds full - never at the top like they used to be. Same goes for the smoothies.

Bowls and smoothies always taste great. Staff service is sometimes unwelcoming or unfriendly.

My smoothies are always perfectly made and delicious 😋

Paid $25 for two smoothies that tasted like a simple ice. Besides that the employees, two young girls, completely rude and disrespectful, giving side eyes. Not happy with the service.

Always a great experience at Nektar Dove Valley. Has become a favorite when we want a smoothie or acai bowl.

I love the bowls and smoothie options. Everything is very customizable. I do however wish that they had more of a seasonal menu with more seasonal flavors

We love Nékter! I did notice when I order on the app now I’m not able to add ginger to the smoothie I order. I’ve been purchasing a shot of ginger on the side but it’s just not the same trying to add that in myself. Our biggest reason for not visiting Nékter more is cost. It’s just really pricey - but obviously this economy right now is insane. Thanks!!

Smoothies and bowls are always delicious and exactly as ordered and finished quickly.

I ordered and went to the wrong location to pick up and they were so nice and understanding and remade the smoothie for me. Always so helpful and nice!

We love the Dove Valley Nekter location! Everyone working there is so friendly and helpful and the smoothies, juices and bowls are delicious! Highly recommend!

I normally have good experiences with you guys. However, this time I ordered your seasonal smoothie which is supposed to have the cashew drizzle. I even recently went out of my way to learn the actual ingredients because I’m a breastfeeding mother who has a few intolerances that affect my baby, so I was looking forward to enjoying it. I ordered for pickup and the girl came out of the back set it down and turned right back around, I was in a hurry but I noticed there was no drizzle and if the location was out it would’ve been nice for her to at least say something, but by the time I was gonna ask she was already in the back and I didn’t have the time to get their attention and have it fixed.:/

Definitely one of the better experiences I have had recently my smoothie is great and they didn’t add the granola after I asked 3 times not to! So I’m happy
