What a wonderful facility- clean, bright. The staff was amazing- friendly, thoughtful, kept my smoothie frozen. They even offered a sample for my son. My purchase was an acai bowl and the size was incredible. The fruit quality was excellent, fresh & sweet. I didn't notice any high chairs for families but that would be my only suggestion. We look forward to coming back.

Used to eat at the Nekter location in midtown Sacramento when I lived there on a weekly basis because it was so good. Tried this location 2 times (once for a smoothie and once for a bowl) both times they were watery and had barely any flavor at all. Plus the service was not great definitely some young entitled kids that seemed like they didn't want to be there. Very unfortunate because could be a good option for elk grove hopefully they figure it out.

Your smoothies and bowls taste good and are made quickly when ordered, so that part is great. It's just that items are a bit on the pricy side, so this will discourage people from going there as often, myself included.

Great. Smoothies were ready before the estimated pick up time. Packaged well too. Just wish it was less expensive.

Nekter has been my favorite juice bar for the last few years and I was so excited for one to be built in Elk Grove. When they first opened the quality of the drinks and smoothie bowls were consistent. But over the last few months i’ve noticed a significant decrease in quality. One day the smoothies and smoothie bowls are thick and the next are extremely watery. With how expensive their menu items are, I would expect consistency if I’m spending $8 for a small smoothie.

It was great. The gentleman at the cashier was knowledgeable when it came to the pre made juices in the bottle and gave recommendations for me. I ended up getting the celery detox for 6 days so I’m excited to try it. Our bowls, juice, and smoothie were delicious and we will definitely be coming back.

Your team at the Nekter, Elk Grove Boulevard branch is great! Their customer service is stellar! As soon as I learned that you were at the EG Blvd location, which is 5 minutes from my house, I downloaded your app, as suggested by one of your team members, and I’m at your store at least twice a week! I love your smoothies and açaí bowls; I love your cleansing juices and your power shots! And last but not least, I love the points that I accrue for every purchase and the discounts/rewards that come with it. I ❤️ Nekterjuicebar!

Happy and please with the smoothies ordered on line. Consistency should be a focus. The bananas sometimes are ripe and other times not. Overall, the staff/workers at the Elk Grove location are friendly. Need wi-if in store to easily access app notices/rewards!

Went for the first time with my partner and kid. Never been here before, my boyfriends from out of town and never even heard of this place before. He ordered the mango delight, I ordered a chocolate peanut butter protein smoothie (or at least I thought I did) and my kid ordered the weird vegan blue cookie dough ice cream. The girl put my order in wrong apparently, took a while for everything to come out, and when they did, mine was a smoothie bowl with fruit toppings so I was confused what went wrong. I tried to ask her what it was right after handing it to me but she immediately started talking to the next person in line. She then walked away to the back window to talk to her friend who was in the back making all the stuff, before some guy in the back came out and spoke with me. I said to him i asked for a smoothie and the frontline girl just looked at me and went “oh my bad” then continued talking to her friend. He went back and remade it and eventually brought my drink back out, but didn’t give a refund/recharge me for the new beverage. Waited like 10 more minutes for the second drink and by the time I got it honestly i took two sips and threw it away. My boyfriend used the restroom and said it was absolutely disgusting, looking like it hadn’t been cleaned in a week. For waiting so long, spending almost 30 dollars on a scoop of ice scream and 2 small smoothies, waiting for a another remake, passive but yet also slightly snoody attitude from the front girl, I’m honestly super disappointed and never coming back lol

My experience with Nekter was good today. My order was ready at the time of pick up. Staff was just okay, but I love the smoothies.
