Great smoothies & bowls. Having a staff member available at the front to greet customers (especially new ones) would be appreciated. I have visited this location twice, which has been nice, but I’ve had to stand and wait for someone to come out from the back for 5 min + to communicate with me versus a staff member greeting customers and taking questions or orders.

The smoothies and wellness shots are always good but I find the smoothie bowls are so liquidy that it melts after 5 minutes of getting it. I wish they were thicker like at other locations.

Decent smoothies, but their new hours are outrageous. Every other smoothie/juice place nearby is open until 8 or 9. I used to go every day after working out around 6:30. Then they started closing at 6 in September so I couldn’t go anymore. But now they close at 5:00? Completely ludicrous. But I guess if they don’t want the business of anybody who works during the day, that’s their choice.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we’re truly sorry for the frustration our winter hours have caused. We wish we could stay open later, but unfortunately, the demand during those evening hours just doesn’t support the cost of keeping the store fully staffed and running.
We’d love to have 10–15 guests like you every day after 6 p.m., but in reality, we are only seeing one or two. As soon as the weather warms up and people are craving more cold items again, we’ll extend our hours back to 7–8 p.m. We really appreciate your understanding and hope you’ll still stop by during our current hours when you can, or opt for a delivery through one of the delivery providers.
Best smoothies evaaaaa. Also I did an online pickup on my way to work and the girl working had my drink ready right when I got there! It also tasted delish 😌
