The staff were kind, and assisted me with my order. The kiosk was a little difficult to use, locating my desired selection. The Acai Bowl I ordered included bananas, cashews, strawberries, peanut butter and a topping. It was a bit pricey, yet I was hungry and excited to taste the array of flavors. As I ate, I realized the bananas and cahews were missing. Lots of PB and acai. Dissappointed for the price, and missing ingredients.
Almost home, did not want to go back, and inside was very busy. I threw half away.
Make sure what you order is what you receive. What I did eat was tasty.
Just ok. My açaí bowl was smaller and with less fruit. Not up to their usual standards. May not go there anymore…..

Great smoothies & bowls. Having a staff member available at the front to greet customers (especially new ones) would be appreciated. I have visited this location twice, which has been nice, but I’ve had to stand and wait for someone to come out from the back for 5 min + to communicate with me versus a staff member greeting customers and taking questions or orders.

The last 2 times I’ve ordered açaí bowls they have been too liquidy. I appreciate that you guys don’t just scoop premade açaí like ice cream but I do miss when your bowls were still really solid. I don’t know if it’s just been off days or what but just something I’ve noticed recently

I had ordered the avocado waffles and the everything but the bagel seasoning was missing. My husband believes he is sometimes getting the wrong bowl - he ordered the Peanut Butter Power Bowl and believes he receives the Peanut Butter Bowl but doesn't complain as he says it's good. Sometimes the strawberries on top are going bad and I am not a fan as the flavor can change so I tend to not eat them. Overall, we enjoy Nekter. It is a little pricey but delicious and the only down side is the wait time.

The smoothies and wellness shots are always good but I find the smoothie bowls are so liquidy that it melts after 5 minutes of getting it. I wish they were thicker like at other locations.
