Good Customer Service but I felt like my bowl was pretty empty

Friendly and prompt service, but there was an error on my order. I didn’t realize until after I left that the drizzle and cocoa nibs I paid extra for were not on my bowl.

I always have a great experience at the Nekter in Elk Grove. Their bowls are well made. Layers of flavor, well proportioned cut fruit, and smooth blend at the bottom.

However, I had ordered a tumric shot, and they only gave me half a shot because they ran out of tumric they said. Nonetheless, the bowl was still superb.

A regular of Nekter and love our bowls. Today our order was not correct, but it's ok.

I normally have no issues with nekter but today I had an issue. I had 5 unblended, huge frozen strawberries in my açaí bowl. It was very unpleasant and I would think, because they take so long to make, that they would take time to blend it all up. Or at least take those chunks out. Very annoyed with my experience today. I expected better, especially considering they were not crowded or anything at the time I went in to get my order. Do better next time please

Great experience. I placed my order thru the app and it was ready when I arrived to pick it up. No waiting and no hassles. I LOVE LOVE LOVE their acai bowls!

The bowl was correct but very thin even though I ate it immediately. Not a good value for the price.

Friendly staff but the blueberries in both my bowls were mushy and wasn’t fresh. I was bummed.

You make healthy smoothies and bowls that my kids and I enjoy! And your staff are always friendly. Some of them support my bookstore, A Seat at the Table Books, and tell me that when I come in, so you feel more like part of our community.

To be honest, I was very disappointed with my chocolate açaí bowl yesterday. I had to try something new because you didn’t have the peanut butter chia pudding for my usual PB&J bowl. Argh! Wish I didn’t order the chocolate bowl cuz I didn’t like it at all! There was too much chocolate in it and it was not good! Now, I think I’m traumatized now and can’t think of açaí bowls. I was hoping I could exchange it for an açaí banana berry bowl but the team member said, after I told her after a couple of bites into it that I didn’t like it, “yeah, it has a lot of chocolate”! Oh well.
