Overall the experience was great I got there early and was able to pick up the large order. It was placed in a refrigerator so all the smoothies and bowels still tasted fresh. The worker was also very nice and helpful

I thought the drinks are pretty well done, but the quality is not very consistent. For example, I could go one time and have my smoothie be very nice, thick, and flavorful, but the next trip have it be watery. Besides that, I enjoy the menu and its inclusion of “healthier” milk alternatives. The location is usually pretty clean and well-run.

When there are promotions on the app it is almost impossible to use them. For example, today it was six dollars smoothies and I tried to use my coupon, but it said I couldn’t. Also if I’m being honest, I don’t understand why you guys don’t have Steele cut oats on your menu because I love them and I don’t know why you don’t advertise them. One of the employees that I talk to said that you guys just throw most of them away every day, if you don’t advertise them, I can only imagine that you are throwing them away.

Nektar Manager (Asian girl) at Elk Grove The Ridge is always so nice and courteous. She had even remade my daughter’s smoothie because she wasn’t used to the taste. Very professional with quality customer service. Definitely my spot to get my açaí bowls and smoothies🩷
