As soon as I learned that you were at the EG Blvd location, which is 5 minutes from my house, I downloaded your app, as suggested by one of your team members, and I’m at your store at least twice a week! I love your smoothies and açaí bowls; I love your cleansing juices and your power shots! I really like this place, but today I ordered 2 açaí superfood bowls and the cocao nibs and blue vanilla sauce was not added to either bowl, I ordered online to go, my daughter and myself were a looking forward to try the vanilla sauce. Maybe they were out? Hopefully next time I order it they have all ingredients.

Good açaí bowls. I ordered online but never received an email when it was ready for pick up. I ended up waiting for confirmation it was ready and wasted my time. I wanted to purchase gift cards and they were all out.

Consistency should be a focus. The bananas sometimes are ripe and other times not.
Overall, the staff/workers at the Elk Grove location are friendly. Need wi-if in store to easily access app notices/rewards!
