Ordering was smooth and I received my order in a timely manner. It was also cheaper to order delivery on the app versus doordash.

Went for the first time with my partner and kid. Never been here before, my boyfriends from out of town and never even heard of this place before. He ordered the mango delight, I ordered a chocolate peanut butter protein smoothie (or at least I thought I did) and my kid ordered the weird vegan blue cookie dough ice cream. The girl put my order in wrong apparently, took a while for everything to come out, and when they did, mine was a smoothie bowl with fruit toppings so I was confused what went wrong. I tried to ask her what it was right after handing it to me but she immediately started talking to the next person in line. She then walked away to the back window to talk to her friend who was in the back making all the stuff, before some guy in the back came out and spoke with me. I said to him i asked for a smoothie and the frontline girl just looked at me and went “oh my bad” then continued talking to her friend. He went back and remade it and eventually brought my drink back out, but didn’t give a refund/recharge me for the new beverage. Waited like 10 more minutes for the second drink and by the time I got it honestly i took two sips and threw it away. My boyfriend used the restroom and said it was absolutely disgusting, looking like it hadn’t been cleaned in a week. For waiting so long, spending almost 30 dollars on a scoop of ice scream and 2 small smoothies, waiting for a another remake, passive but yet also slightly snoody attitude from the front girl, I’m honestly super disappointed and never coming back lol
Great! Unfortunately I went when the system was down and they were out of what I ordered on the app, so they got me something even better! Great service too!
I ordered in app then waited until the time order was set to be ready 15 min est. I checked in- systems are down, unaware of my order, handwritten order down then another 20 minutes wait for order to start. Hope next visit runs smoother.

The reason for the low score is due to the system being down. To no fault of the workers but I ordered online and the order was not received. They had to write down the order and make it on the spot. However, I needed to be somewhere, the reason I ordered ahead. Another nekter I went to had a similar issue with there system. So this is a company issue that needs to be fixed asap to conduct business!

Their system was acting up so you had to order through the app for them to be able to get you a drink. The person up front was very nice and wrote down my order as soon as I ordered on the app to ensure that we wouldn’t wait too long. Luckily I had the app already so it was an easy process, but for the person behind me it looked frustrating for them to have to download and order through there when they didn’t understand the menu.

First time at Nekter!!! Visiting from Seattle, WA and had an amazing experience!! The juice taste soo good, and the staff was able to provide extra ice. I would come back again.

I love Nekter! They have great and healthy options, but the bathroom in this location needs work. Whenever I have gone it just appears to need so work and be cleaned better. Other than that the staff are great and always very friendly.
