I want to give a 10 but my only complaint is having to wait a long time to get your pick up order. They should put a bell or something up front so you can get someone’s attention. The staff is usually in the back and don’t check the front very often.

I was in Elk Grove and wanted a small semi healthy breakfast. I think this was my first solo experience at Nekter I think I had been in one of their juice bars before with my daughter but I didn't get anything. On this day I decided to try their Berry Shortcake Waffles 🧇 🫐 🍓 . I took the dish out to my car to sit eat and read but when I opened my conner there was a light blue looking cream all over everything. I immediately thought what is this? It looks nothing like what I ordered or their menu photo. I didn't really feel like going back into the store and questioning them so I just ate what I ordered. Clearly I had the name and the order right it was just the visual surprise. Well, surprisingly the discolored cream tasted great. I am a fan of whip cream although I don't eat much dairy anymore. As I ate the waffles I realized that all though it looked like too much cream it was the perfect amount for every bite. I thought if there was no cream the waffles would be dry and boring or lack flavor. Another good thing is that this nice simple breakfast idea was inexpensive. I was definitely pleased by the price. I am slightly tempted to go back and try their three other waffle options: Go Bannanas 🍌 Slam Jam, and Waffacado waffles. 🥑 🧇 It would be nice if we had nekter juice bar closer too Rancho Cordova area or central Sacramento but, I guess downtown counts for central. I am adding their menu photo of the waffles I ordered so you can see the huge visual difference. Let me know if you would have thought they got you order wrong too at first glance. It's kind of cute and funny because it was yummy. 😋 😄

Not so great, I had to wait a while to pick up my order since there was only one person working. Also, employee dint look well groomed, with short shorts that you can almost see their glutes. Uniform or jeans would b pre appropriate.

Online ordering is easy and convenient, which I appreciate when ordering ahead. However, based on past experience it’s a bit disappointing that there seems to have been a shift to having staff work primarily in the back with no front desk support, and guests are directed to order through the digital screen or app. During this visit, when I arrived to pick up my online order, I waited in the store for a short time before a staff member came out from the back to greet me. The focus now seems to be more on digital efficiency, which can make customers feel less comfortable asking questions, requesting suggestions, or getting help with ordering. While I understand the convenience of technology, having a visible front-facing staff presence would create a more welcoming experience and make customer service feel more accessible.

I love the taste because it’s not overly sweet like Jamba Juice. The close location also helps.

This is one of my favorite places to go to all the employees are really nice and courteous. The location is always clean and my items come out tasting wonderful.

The bowl was full and SO good today 🙌🏼 I really appreciate when my order is filled up it makes a big difference, especially since it’s not cheap. Today was honestly the best. Thank you so much! 💛

I love the unique and healthy flavors and snacks. The only thing is that this location specifically lacks more workers, most times my order takes awhile to come out, as well as the uber eat/door dash system could be improved.

I love the superfood bowl! Always made perfect and very appealing also. Very nice staff too!

The items I had ordered were good! But the presentation on my waffle I felt was lacking. It looked like it was shaken around before it got to me. Besides that everything was good!

It was great. I ordered my drink for pickup and when I got there, it was ready.
