This is my favorite place to go for acai bowls and smoothies. The staff is always friendly, courteous and helpful.

Hi, it was okay. One , u don't have the kick coffee one on your menu and u have to order that online and that is ridiculous u have to order only that one online
because u don't have it on menu in the store. The people never came outside to see if someone else came in .like a few minutes later to bring out someone's drink. Not as friendly as the other Nekter on Crocker. My drink was good but not cold , cold.

My experience is always good. Today unfortunately was not as good as my order was not correct. Normally not an issue but one of the items that was incorrect was extra peanut butter on top which I had paid for on the app and did not receive.

My experience was good! On Sunday I visited the location in person and the cashiers were extremely helpful. However, there is one option on the in-store menu that isn’t online. It’s one of the bases for the BYO parfait. But other than that, I the product is always fresh and tastes amazing!
