It was my second time coming in. The first time I had a bad experience. Wasn’t helped for 10 minutes. People are in the back not paying attention. There was no line. I really don’t understand how this buisness is still alive.

To be honest, I was very disappointed with my chocolate açaí bowl yesterday. I had to try something new because you didn’t have the peanut butter chia pudding for my usual PB&J bowl. Argh! Wish I didn’t order the chocolate bowl cuz I didn’t like it at all! There was too
much chocolate in it and it was not good! Now, I think I’m traumatized now and can’t think of açaí bowls. I was hoping I could exchange it for an açaí banana berry bowl but the team member said, after I told her after a couple of bites into it that I didn’t like it, “yeah, it has a lot of chocolate”! Oh well.
