Normally, I LOVE Nekter. But I would not recommend it based on my last visit at The Ridge. I ordered a small PB&J smoothie for an order ahead/pick up. When I arrived, it was in a regular size cup. I figured they made extra and upgraded me. But as I started to drink it, it didn’t seem like there was extra smoothie. Instead there was a ton of extra milk. I felt like I was drinking cashew milk with large pieces of dates that were not blended up. I went home and added peanut butter to it, but it only tasted like I was drinking peanut butter milk. I want to try a different smoothie at this location before I give up on it. But I will always go the location in Roseville, they have never let me down.

I normally have no issues with nekter but today I had an issue. I had 5 unblended, huge frozen strawberries in my açaí bowl. It was very unpleasant and I would think, because they take so long to make, that they would take time to blend it all up. Or at least take those chunks out. Very annoyed with my experience today. I expected better, especially considering they were not crowded or anything at the time I went in to get my order. Do better next time please

Everything was great! I ordered ahead and it was ready before the expected time. It was kept in the freezer so everything stayed nice and cold :)

Very chill environment, I feel the workers could perhaps be more talkative but I totally understand since it was very busy. This is my second time coming here and I really like their smoothies.

Pretty good, could use more options for protein smoothies but overall not bad. A little slow if you order in person but I ordered ahead and it was faster.

Great experience. I placed my order thru the app and it was ready when I arrived to pick it up. No waiting and no hassles. I LOVE LOVE LOVE their acai bowls!
