Good. Our weekly orders vary from week to week. Sometimes the portions of our bowls are filled up and sometimes the portion is small. Today there were wasn't as much granola as usual.

Love the flavor and options but there are issues with consistency. Sometimes I get a bowl that is full other times it’s less. Need to be sure the amount served is consistent.

The açaí bowl was not up to par with the other times I’ve ordered. Less fruit than normal. Only 3 strawberries pieces in the whole bowl. Was just not as good as normal

Inconsistent Quality. Today I bought Popeyes Açaí smoothie. It was weak and no fruit taste. Like it was watered down. :( Much less quality than when you first opened. Like a Bait and Switch.

Smoothies good but Bowl Quality has gone down in the last few weeks : (

The acai bowls were good, but not much different than the ones served at other shops. The pumpkin pie smoothie was dumped to drain. It tastes like watered down pumpkin pie. The shop is clean and the server was nice. I would not recommend or discourage a visit to this place.

It’s a healthy option. The drinks and açaí bowls are amazing.

Great, our fruit bowls were a little wrong, otherwise the drinks were delicious. The bowls were good too but not the way we ordered them.

Based on my experience, I found them unprofessional and lacking in customer service. I mistakenly ordered a protein bowl on the app when I intended to get a medium-sized toxin flush without ice. My drink arrived warm, and I was charged again for the toxin flush. I wasn't pleased with my experience today and wouldn't recommend it to a friend.

The smoothies at Nekter definitely exceeded my expectations! By far the best quality for price in Elk Grove and one of my regular visits when I’m staying in town. The staff are always friendly and the bathrooms are clean. I couldn’t recommend the place enough. The dragon bowl is delicious!! This is a must try place if you are ever in the area.

Customer service needs improvement. I am a regular customer and the customer service is poor. The last few times my bowls were not in a bag. I had to ask for a bag and she just gave me bag and walked away.

I love it. I got my bowl in a quick and easy way!

I ordered a peanut butter bowl on the app and I wanted peanut butter drizzle and agave on top. My bowl came without the peanut butter drizzle or agave on top which I paid extra for. This is not the first time an order of mine has been messed up.

Too much granola and got to the blend and there was a huge frozen acai block

We go to Nektar often and get the same bowls every time but today’s bowl was not as good as before. The chia seeds in the pudding felt like pebbles and the strawberries were overripe and smelled/tasted of alcohol. I’m sure this was a one off and we’ll always come here but felt the feedback would be helpful.
