I’ve always rated Nekter a 10 but this time, just a 6 cuz yesterday afternoon, I ordered my usual PB&J Bowl but it was prepared differently. The toppings were just mixed together carelessly and the peanut butter chia was runny, the granola was not crunchy. I noticed it immediately because I order this almost once a week. I wondered if old ingredients were used. I hope not!

I ordered two açaí bowl on 10/9th, store was closed upon arrival due to store changed of store hours (although didn’t say in their websites). No refund made despite communicating with staff.

Love your menu and my smoothies and bowls are always amazing. Just surprised your bathroom is still in bad disrepair. Toilet roll not working, hand paper towel not working, soap dispenser wonky, toilet handle broken / doesn't flush properly, floor hasn't been vacuumed since Halloween as I remember how dirty it was and there's still orange and black debris all over the floor. The only reason I'm mentioning this again is it makes me wonder how sanitary the kitchen is. Bathrooms always give a sign of how much a business cares about cleanliness. I love the Crocker location as it gives me a good vibe and they care about cleanliness.
