I ordered two bowls one came half full, and the other one was filled. Very inconsistent in quantity and quality. Service was quick, but no greeting just staring at me until I said something.

Not the best. First waited in line for my pick up instead they assist others in line, then they give me one drink tell me have a great day and bye and I had to ask for the rest of my order, then waiting for my other drink they give me a smaller drink than what I ordered. The waffles I ordered were all soggy. Also unable to modify my drink.

Absolutely do not like that you have to order online using the rewards. It is not user friendly. I was also trying to apply a gift card to my order. I have to back out of my order and go back into the gift card section to retrieve gift card number and still wasn’t able to apply it.
