Order correct and ready by the time I arrived.

Great, as usual. Thank you for providing a good product in a convenient manner.

It feels as though there is no point to place an order online ahead of time. The last two times that I have the order has not even been started when I arrive. There is no sense of actually caring about customer service. This time they at least apologized for the oversight on my order and how long it took.

Food was quick, nicely presented, fresh and tasty. Service was excellent! Anthony was very friendly, personable and courteous. Will be back!

I generally have my husband pick up an order for me nearly every week. I think they recognize him by now. The blond guy with the curly hair always provides great customer service and it seems like he actually enjoys working there, which is lovely to see.

I don’t usually come to this location and I decided to mobile order. This location is about 5 minutes from my house. I ordered online and then immediately got into my car to go pick it up. I was helped promptly and didn’t really have much of an interaction with the staff. I drove the 5 minutes home and was so excited to eat my açaí banana berry bowl. I was soooo disappointed on how watery the blended part of the bowl was. It was so watery and blended even beyond smoothie consistency. It was really challenging to eat and enjoy. Everytime I order this bowl at other locations it’s thickly blended like a bowl should be. I am not sure who is at fault…if it was the team member, the mobile order aspect, or this location in general. With another locations near by I’m not sure I’ll go to this one again.

The team members are nice and always greet us when we arrive. Their service is also quick. I enjoy coming here after a run on the weekends.

I love the smoothies. A bit on the pricey side. Young staff there needs customer service training though. Most workers I encounter at Nékter are very off putting

I paid for extra strawberries and did not get extra strawberries. Frustrating.

Unnecessarily rude employees who don’t take the time to listen to my questions regarding whether the smoothie was prepared correctly since I have a gluten allergy and had requested granola on the side on the app. Since the initial employee barely listened to my question regarding this and answered a completely different question than what I had asked I did not feel comfortable with what was prepared. In addition they said they made a mistake in adding granola despite the side request because they had not read the ticket and despite this they still gave me an order that was incorrect. Instead of understanding my concerns, both employees were rude and passive aggressive. This Nektar location should consider hiring individuals that have the ability to communicate which seems like a bare minimum requirement most employees should have. This younger generation can’t seem to be bothered with simple, reasonable questions and are rushed to end the conversation despite having only one customer (myself ) present. Would recommend you take your services elsewhere and not support this location.

It was an okay experience . Although it was an online order walked in it was quiet not much of a friendly environment seemed dark and cold . When I got my smoothie she just put it on the counter and walked away .

It’s actually my first time trying Nektar and I loved all the 4 drinks that I ordered! I realize you guys use better ingredients than jamba or other similar juice shops.
