Usually it’s totally on point. So, I knowit must’ve been an off day because the apples in my bowl were old & mushey. That is typically NOT my experience at all. But, I was a little disappointed today. :/

I work at another location and I was closer to this one so I decided to get a bowl as a snack, the fruit did not taste fresh and my bowl was very liquid, was quite upset I paid 10 dollars for something I couldn’t even finish.

I don’t like the app. This has happened a few times and just happened again. It automatically adds a tip and if you don’t catch it you can’t change it. When I’m picking up my food I don’t add a tip. The app adds a tip automatically which I think is inappropriate. For today’s order it happened again and I couldn’t change it. I’ll most likely find a different Açaí bowl place to go to
