My bowl was made with love

I keep coming back to this location, but each time I do, something goes wrong. The first time I came it took me an hour to get a bowl. The second time I came I paid for extras and didn’t get them. Overall, unsatisfied with service at this location.

The order was 20 min late from the estimated time and appeared to be 1/2 a bowl.

The bowl seemed skimpy on some ingredients, which changed the overall taste of the bowl

I get a smoothie bowl here almost everyday and they always have it ready quick and lovely customer service as well!

I paid extra for coconut but didn’t receive it, and my bowl was runny with chunks of banana still left in it.

Ordered two bowls. Neither were full, not even close. Have previously experienced this at same location. Really like your products but give customers what they paid for and expect.

Clean environment, quick service, yummy bowl, nice employees

I ordered online and my order was not complete when I arrived. It was sitting in the mixer and all three employees were standing around chatting. They hadn’t even started my smoothie yet. They did not give me a spoon or straw with my order so I had to come back into the store, and they forgot to add mango on my açaí bowl (which was stated in my online order).

Absolutely love the bowls! My favorite! Always fast delivery and delicious

Order was wrong, was a PBJ bowl, not a PB bowl. Was in a hurry, so didn’t make a fuss. It was good, just not what I wanted.

the food is amazing! I wishe we had a smaller (slightly less expensive) bowl :)

Great - such great staff members. The only bummer thing was that staff member went from ringing me up and using her gloves on the computer to immediately making my smoothie bowl without changing her gloves before doing so.
