We ordered the peanut butter bowl and there was no peanut butter in it

My order is often wrong. I don’t enjoy paying this much for a smoothie bowl to have it wrong almost every time.

Everything was great! From the smoothies to the açaí bowls to the customer service! We were all very happy and impressed with our experience!

My order was ready for pick up- the only thing I notice was my added peanut butter and almond butter were not in the bowl. Otherwise everything is great!! The bowls are very filling and so tasty!

Not too shabby, Definitely not worth $80. We ordered 2 smoothies and 2 peanut butter bowls, we are 2 minutes away from the place —it was snowing so we ordered it but the taxes, deliver charge, tip and all was $80. The pb bowl is okay, nothing really that great about it, very little strawberries, not much peanut butter. The elderberry smoothie was gritty but fine.

I always have my order incorrect at this location. I pay extra for toppings and there is always something missing or something I asked to be omitted is still in it. Love your bowls but hate when the order is incorrect. If you’re not going to read my order don’t let me customize it.

Consistently great. Love the açaí banana berry bowl and the dragon fruit skinny lemonade!

Pretty good, but service is slow. I ordered an açaí bowl and the order took 15 minutes. I ordered before 7 other people and received my bowl last, employees are not good at prioritizing. This is not the first time this has happened

First time trying. Friendly staff and my smoothies good. Wish they had a few healthy snacks. But the had bowls but not what I wanted

They were doing so good managing the long line. Then 2 workers disappeared, leavin one girl with 4 blenders full to be made into bowls....took her awhile

The staff at this location were passive aggressive and rude. When a new customer walked in they would huddle in a group, laugh, and then proceed to mock and demean the customer. They did not take sanitary precautions and that was disappointing amidst a pandemic. I recommend that the owner of this location has a sit down with the staff to discuss proper protocol and how to treat customers, or simply rehire and start new. The juice was warm and with about 3 cubes of ice after I asked for it on ice. I am completely and utterly disappointed given I live 5 minutes away and expected this to be a new breakfast location. The only reason I give 2 stars is because the bowl was tasty.
