I felt that my experience with the south plaza Nekter juice bar was quite amazing. Staff is always welcoming and the products are always made fresh and delicious

Become a corporate joke of a chain, ill still buy juice from here because theres limited options - Disney brand deals, removal of beets, their ginger is cheap trash, addition of waffles and stupid unhealthy tweaks, employees want me to use the kiosk and not take my order - and still have a tip jar and ask for tips? Like what. Real pumpkin smoothie isnt real pumpkin false advertised

The app suggested adding cayenne to the juice, but there was no option for it in ordering

I love the Nektar Juice Bar ! I go there everyday after my workout, it’s just a routine. The service is great, the atmosphere is peaceful. Employees are friendly and welcoming, helpful and respectful. The juices and smoothies are all natural ingredients. Which are refreshing and makes you feel exilerated. I love it!❤️💯

Customer service is excellent. Food is fresh and flavorful. Always a pleasure. The staff make a point to remember customers. Because of this, I enjoy the experience not just the juice and food.

My favorite location! Always friendly and fast service - and the recipe never changes. I’ve had consistency issues at other locations but my smoothie/juice/bowls are always what I expect here.

Nekter is always terrific, but the product in the service are exceptional. Today was above and beyond the usual quality experience, however. I recently had shoulder surgery so when I arrived to pick up my juices, Michael carried them to my car for me. He said it looked like it would be difficult to manage with just one arm and it would’ve required two trips if that wasn’t enough, he was kind and a pleasure as we walked down the steps toward my car, a truly gentle spirit, and kind person. I very much appreciate his extra care.

Well, I ordered a juice with ice and beets added to it and received neither one so not great

I liked what I got the first time I came, but this second time it was only after ordering that we realized there were 10+ people sitting and waiting with no items. After a few minutes, I asked the cashier how long the wait would be, and she said from 10-20 minutes. We got a refund and left. I don’t understand how they could be that far behind (making smoothies/juice should be quick to catch up on), but the worst part is there was absolutely no sense of urgency from the workers. They couldn’t care less that they were behind, and weren’t working to remedy it whatsoever. They need to be fired honestly.
