Pretty good but the cups are super flimsy. I can’t easily pick my juice up… the cups collapse… almost dropped it. Use paper maybe? I’m all for less plastic, trust me… but this cup isn’t working… also using biodegradable straws would be nice. Thanks!

Great first experience with Nekter Juice Bar. Found it on Google maps using “smoothies near me”. Being from out of town, Google offered an easy 5-minute walk from Raphael Hotel and safety was not a concern. Nekter was impeccably clean, folks were nice, and smoothie was outstanding. I’ll be back!

Consistent high quality service and excellent juices

Meghan is fantastic at this location - there were two people before me this time - so I could watch her interact with other customers. She treated them just as she does with me - smile on her face, engaging, curious, and helpful. Makes the experience of ordering a juice or smoothie more fun. Today I asked for Health Nut to be the base of the smoothie bowl - last time, Caleb nailed it, but he wasn't there. She said she understood - and she did - she nailed it as well. I love when people that work at a franchise or corporate store, like Nekter, can still be real, cool, and helpful. BTW - how do we get a Health Nut bowl on the menu?!

Well played, folks at nékter, well played. Two thumbs up, 5 stars, blue ribbon, 1st place trophy... however one needs to determine an absolute "winner", Nékter takes the cake, errrrr 'bowl' is maybe better suited word here. Given that I don't see or know of too many places for these tasty acai (or whatever combo of fruits, vegetables, and/or super foods you can conjure up) bowls, juices, and smoothies, this business hits the nail on the head. Time living in Portland brought me much knowledge and a vast array of people who made them to perfection and this feels exactly the same, if not even better. I had the dragon fruit bowl while my friend had the first acai bowl option, add peanut butter (protein). Both were incredible, but if you love peanut butter, I would suggest a double serving in whatever bowl you get. That's my angle on the next go round, 100%. The atmosphere was tranquil, as it was 815a when we arrived, on a Saturday. People still recuperating from the festivities from last night. Well people look no further. Mother nature will have you feeling 100 in no time! But the setting was perfect for even the most crowded of establishments. Oh, and nice work on the spotlight placement for the sun on the palm tree picture! What a gem of a touch! I will be back, frequently.

I ordered juices for myself and my friend in the app, knowing there was a wait time. We waited even as people who ordered after we arrived got their orders handed to them first. We waited and watched our bag get moved from momentarily being set on the pickup counter to somewhere in the back by the same person who checked us in, so she knew we were waiting.. Eventually we got our order five minutes after our estimated order time, but we knew it was ready we’ll before then…it just wasn’t awesome and that hasn’t been the first time that has happened to me.

I like the product and the staff is friendly but it took almost 40 minutes for one juice. I think my ticket got set down and forgot about. I will definitely still come back though!

The Nekter app needs improvement. I have written customer service and asked in store - but to no avail. I cannot use my Nekter gift card that is saved to my app when I order on my app to pick up in store. So, I have to do it in store, which causes longer wait times, etc - which should be the opposite. Store employees are not well versed about the app and cannot help either. Today I asked if I ordered through the app, will I get rewards automatically or not. The employees didn't know. Told me to scan my receipt's barcode to be sure. And I have TRIED to do that multiple times, but I just get something about it not being recognized. You have a great product - awesome juices and a great concept - but please get the app on track!

First juice bar I’ve been too, but it was exactly what I was looking for. I ordered the green apple detox.

Today was my very first time at Nekter and I'm glad it went. It was a nice calm easy experience. I bought some fresh gut health juices and green detox juices. The PB Mocha protein smoothie if you get it pls for your sake keep the 🍌 in it because any other fruit isn't going to be good. But I will be going back. I do recommend.
