I love Nekter and appreciate the convenience of online ordering. However, add-ons are sometimes missed in online orders. This evening, the whey protein was not added to my bowl. I understand that mistakes happen, but the extra costs can add up.

Overall, not very good. I ordered pb&j bowl and it only came with strawberries. Also didn’t get my free smoothie for being a first time orderer on the app.

Great app easy to use ordering simple, would suggest adding more nutritional info for example I can see that açaí bowl is 420 calories but how many more calories are added with the chia puddings can’t find nutritional info for the breakfast items. Fast service. Was greeted right away and she went and got my order. Quick and pleasant interaction. My only issue is always the price point. For example It costs $1.50 for a couple more slices of bananas?

Received a wrong order. 2/3 were correct. Ordered mango bowl and got a pineapple one.

I just get frustrated with the lack of promotions from Nekter. The deals are never that good. On top of that, today I thought the portion size of my Almond Butter bowl was small. At $14 I'd expect more, maybe a small dollop of almond butter on top so I see the almond butter in addition to what is blended into the acai?
