Nekter Juice Bar - Gilbert

I ordered a drink online and it was to be picked up at 6:15pm. When I arrived the employee had not even started on making my drink. I waited approximately another 10 min for him to complete my order. This isn’t the first time this has happened when I order an item online.

Love the bowls! First time trying a coffee based smoothie. The PB Mocha- chose the vanilla pea protein. Prepared quickly, well blended & smooth. Atmosphere was chill, however it gets loud from time to time as the blenders are extremely noisy. Would be more enjoyable if there were more shaded outdoor seating

Drinks were amazing. Unfortunately when I went to pickup my online order only 2 of the 5 drinks were made. Also I would love to be able to use my nekter gift card when I place my order.

I didn’t get a hello or welcome

Friendly welcome upon entering but there was zero urgency to take or prepare orders.

I waited 30 minutes for a bowl with no Agave sweetener as asked. And left with leaves from fruit inside the bowl. Terrible customer service from the girl with blue hair.

Stop putting on the app that the drinks will be ready at a certain time because they are always 10 to 25 minutes later than what you tell me. Every time! I hate coming here but it's the closest one to my house

There seems to be a lot of app fails but the staff is pretty quick to correct in person.

Its annoying that theyre ALWAYS BEHIND. the app gives them a GOOD 15 min to make the order and theyre ALWAYS another 10 min to 25 min behind that initial 15 min. Sucks ordering online and having to flipping wait still. I try my best never to place an order here bc of this

I usually order on the app because going in person usually means a long wait. It is worth it for the quality of the ingredients and yum factor.

I have to say I was disappointed, even upset, about the fruit on top of my acai mango bowl, that was not edible because it was past its prime. The pineapples and strawberries had an unpleasant taste, they were not in good condition/fresh. That should never happen!
