We ordered online and picked up - my shake was the wrong size and they didn’t put vanilla protein or greenie ( I chose to add that ) I did not have time to have her remake it and spent a ton of money on a small shake without what I ordered. I also tipped.

The workers were really nice and friendly and very accommodating. The only problem was the items that I ordered were not available (like a bottle of water) because the company that delivers their products was on strike. Other than that it was very pleasant.

One of the girls that works here in the afternoon always seems irritated. I came in for my online pickup about 2 minutes after the pickup time. After waiting a minute to be acknowledged she said rudely
“ it’s going to be a few minutes” as if I showed up 10 minutes early.

I really like your drinks and açaí bowls. Sometimes the service is a little off, not sure if the employees are understaffed or stressed but they rarely seem in a friendly mood.
