My order was not ready until 10 minutes after the committed time. This seems to consistently happen with this location

It wasn’t great. The printer was out of paper and didn’t print my app order. They made them when I arrived. Unfortunately the smoothies didn’t taste like they should, weren’t blended well and had big chunks of ice with tiny pieces of ice throughout. This has happened multiple times so we usually don’t go here but was the closest one while we were out. We were given a coupon but don’t feel as though we could use it there again due to the inconsistency.
