I ordered online and went in at the pickup time & let them know I was there. There were two people that got into line while I was waiting that got served before me, no big deal. Then 3 more people walked in and they all got served before me as well. I asked the person at the counter what was going on and they just said sorry but no explanation why they served 5 walk- “in orders before my online order. I only had 2 items. I don’t see the point of online orders if it would have been quicker for me to have just ordered when I got there. Bowl and drink were great though!

There was an entire soccer team in there. I submitted my order via the app before I left home. I then had to wait more than 45 min after I got there. Please staff more on weekends.
