I love this location, but I walked in 40 minutes until close and couldn’t get a juice because they “just cleaned and put away the juicer”. I understand wanting to clean up and get off work but I should be able to order what’s on the menu with 40 minutes to spare.
Ordered on the App. Was ready and still cold when I arrived. Friendly clerk.

Note: had issue finding the store due to the address presented in the confirmation email taking me to the literal San Tan Village Mall - NOT the San Tan Village Nektar. It dumped me out at the west entrance near Red Robin. Instead of clicking on the address link presented in the email, I had to enter in my maps the street address itself. That took an extra10 minutes to arrive at the correct location. Perhaps the Nektar software can be updated to separate the mall location from the actual store location.
The reason I do not choose Nektar more often is I need organic produce.

Upon walking in no one was in the front of the store. Finally, I mentioned I had a pickup order and multiple receipts were printed that had to be fumbled through to find my order. The girl working hadn’t even started orders or had anyone to help her as more people continued to come in waiting for their orders.

I felt refreshed by the excellent service I received. They had my smoothie on deck within the time I ordered online by my arrival. Overall, outstanding job
