It was a good experience. Unfortunately the card machine was down but the employees were able to quickly adapt and handle the situation well!

The staff here are not veteran friendly in my experience and it was an absolutely an awful one. I will never recommend this location.

Used mobile app but still had to wait a considerable amount of time. Toxin Flush was exactly how I like it and superfood acai bowl was good too.

Employee went above and beyond to make sure my order was right… not sure his name. Young male

$10 açaí bowl in a cup… just go to the Original ChopShop instead

It took forever to get an online pre-order. And when I arrived it still wasn’t done. Had to wait again. Just for a tiny smoothie.

I pre ordered my juice and bowl 20 minutes before arriving. Once I arrived they still had not started. This is the second time this location lacked in speed of service. I expect to wait for something fresh but the purpose off app ordering is for speed and accuracy. My app order said est pickup 909 but I guess that’s estimated start time. Noted.

Smoothie was great but I placed a mobile order and I even arrived 5 minutes late. Upon arrival the smoothie was still not made yet even though no other customers were in the store.

They didnt see the reps process the ingredients. I dont eat at this location anymore.

It was pretty average. The employees were constantly in the kitchen making drinks and bowls for the customers. I, unfortunately, didn't receive a friendly greeting when walking into the shop. It was just "How may I help you?" without a hello. At least I got the drink I ordered.

Everytime I go to this location, the employees are always laughing and joking around with each other and never working everytime I order online to this location I come at the time of pick up and it's never ready or even been started and I have to wait longer. It's a very unprofessional place. But it's clean
