I love Nektar. You serve the best smoothies with real fruit. No weird syrups. Everyone who works there is very pleasant.

Smoothie was awful, I’ve had a million health nuts without banana at our Eugene Nektar. When I told them it was flavorless and watery they attributed to the no banana and were pretty condescending about it. This was after we spent 50 dollars and patiently watched them struggle with the cash register and tipped them well.

I absolutely love Nékter, I literally get a smoothie everyday from there, this location however is the absolute WORST location I’ve ever been to. The smoothies I ordered were runny as water, I had her remake them to make them thicker (cuz obviously a smoothie is supposed to be thick???!) and she comes back with them and my PB&J smoothies turned into strawberry banana smoothies, still very watery and disgusting. So sad I had this experience 😞

raspberry riot smoothie taste like buns and is expensive as heck me and my friend got it did the math on it could’ve gotten 29 polar pops for the two sucky smoothies we got instead staff was chill and nice though Majority of seats are uncomfortable as heck too, except for two in the center across from the couch don’t recommend definitely don’t take your girl here or anyone here for that matter of fact

1/24/26: smoothies were good, service was meh. Won't return. Popped in this morning after enjoying the Tempe Blooms, needing a pick me up. Place was completely empty. The young gentleman behind the counter was friendly, helping me choose between a couple drinks. I dropped a couple bucks into the tip jar, to which he replied, "thank you, I appreciate that". He walked to the back never to be seen again. A young gal brought our drinks out, announcing them (in an emotionally dead voice) then high-tailed it to the back. We picked them up & sat down but then became uncertain which was which as they were both red, and though they were different sizes, it was possible they put the wrong one in the wrong size. We returned to the counter to inquire & the young gal came back out to clarify the flavors. Again, no emotion, no friendliness. Sat down again & started sipping. It was then that I remembered the Raspberry Riot had a blue vanilla cashew drizzle. As you can see in the picture, neither smoothie shows any blue drizzle. I returned to the counter, asking about the missing drizzle. It was corrected, w/ a slightly more friendly interchange. A few minutes later, I discovered my sister added a tip to the credit card transaction; clearly she did not see me add cash to the tip jar. I came extremely close to returning to the counter one final time to take my tip back but she talked me out of it. That being said, we will not be returning to this particular Nekter location.

My wife and I go there every Sunday after our walk and get a bowl and a smoothie the workers you have there are excellent, but place needs to upgrade they have no scanner sometimes my phone number works sometimes it doesn’t they get our rewards the day when we went. There was no cash register or nothing happened. The place is kind of dirty and needs to be cleaned. Especially the bathroom areas so I blame them on the owners they’re not falling through on getting the right equipment and workers or whoever cleans the bathrooms and other areas.

Love Nekter! And this location was great at blending my smoothie- didn't leave chunky dates like other places. Unfortunately, probably won't be going back to this location. Too much of a hassle to pickup a mobile order if I am driving from work. I bet it's great for students though! Would love a quick pickup/loading zone spot to just jump in and out.

Staff was kind and my drink was ready early. My only complaint is the smoothie didn’t look like the photo at all and not how I would have expected it to taste for the price. Seemed a bit thin/watery.

Clean, great service and quality smoothies!

I am a regular nekter customer at various valley locations— one thing is for sure. There is a widespread issue with customers receiving all the items they paid for when ordering delivery or pickup. I ordered for a group at work and spent $100+ — and was missing a $20 bowl and a smoothie. You can imagine the disappointment when some folks got their order while others did not. I have made similar reviews about the location near central and camelback— that seems to have gotten better and now this one but work is having issues. May I suggest a training for all the Phoenix metro area on the process of making and packing an order.

i love nèktar. always a go to for a healthy drinks. i wish they had more milk options like almond milk however, coconut milk is still yummy. they are starting to feel a bit high priced with a detox drink being almost $10 but, it appears that having the app warrants free smoothies + shots at times saving $$$. very friendly workers that are always insanely patient + informative. i would highly recommend however, my last + most recent visit i asked for no coconut milk with almond instead + she said she okay as if it was subsituted. while drinking i thought "this tastes strange" but, i went about my day. the next trip i made to nèktar i asked another employee can i change the milk + that was when i was told they actually don't do that so i drank coconut milk without knowing the other day. although, this is not an allergy i can not stress the importance of things within this nature. still love me some nèktar + keep up the great work!

Great time, amazing smoothie!

Employees were nice and professional however my smoothie was really plain and not very flavorful.
