This was my first visit to a Nekter Juice Bar and I had the PB Mocha, which was great. The staff was friendly and the interior was clean. The only reason I would not rate this place higher is because it is not easy to get in and out unless you are a pedestrian. Parking was difficult to find and I had to pay.
I love Nektar! Recently did a 3 day cleanse and get an açaí bowls on the weekends. First time at this location and it was an unfortunate experience. I ordered ahead for 15 minute pickup… I got there on time, but there is no parking at this location which I didn’t realize. There were 2 people working, who were in the weeds. They were telling new guests that there was a 25 minute wait for an order, and each party left (turned down about 15 people in the 20 min I was waiting). One worker was apathetic, seemed to be cleaning the juicer slowly? Never produced an item. The other seemed to be trying but had a guy asking for a refund, and was making items. Total though in 20 min she only produced one item after I got there and then mine. I fail to see how busy they were when nothing was being made. For the time it took I ended up having to pay $2 in parking with my dog in the car, and I wish I could get my tip back I left ahead on the app (won’t do that ahead ever again). The bowl tasted okay, too runny. I will never return to this location- thank goodness I have prior experience with the company. Customer service nightmare. This location won’t make it without better management.

I am a loyal Nekter customer, and I have shopped at several locations around the valley. However, this store was vastly understaffed for the volume of orders they have this morning and the employees were doing their best to keep up, but service has been extremely slow. I placed my order around 8:30 this morning for a smoothie and a juice and was given approximately 8:45 as a pickup time. I am still standing inside the store at 9:02am and they were JUST now able to fix their juicer so they could begin making their backlog of juice orders. Frankly, I don’t blame the staff as the two of them are clearly doing their best, but two people doesn’t seem to be enough for them to adequately serve their customers. Either more equipment (in this particular case, the juicer was down for dozens of minutes) should be added to the store to circumvent this bottleneck, or more staff should work this shift. I am really disappointed, and unfortunately don’t think I’ll order from this location again as this has left a bad taste in my mouth. As I finish writing this feedback, it is now 9:07 and my order still is not done. Please help your employees succeed by giving them more equipment and hands!

Out of chia pudding. Out of many cleansing juices. Girl up front didn’t even greet or smile. Waited forever for two smoothies. Will not be back to this location.
I noticed and appreciated how clean the juice bar was and the friendly and efficient staff.

I pre ordered my juice and bowl 20 minutes before arriving. Once I arrived they still had not started. This is the second time this location lacked in speed of service. I expect to wait for something fresh but the purpose off app ordering is for speed and accuracy. My app order said est pickup 909 but I guess that’s estimated start time. Noted.
