Overprices and under delivers. If you want a watered down smoothie or sloppily assembled açaí bowl given to you by a grumpy college student then this is your place.
My wife and I go there every Sunday after our walk and get a bowl and a smoothie the workers you have there are excellent, but place needs to upgrade they have no scanner sometimes my phone number works sometimes it doesn’t they get our rewards the day when we went. There was no cash register or nothing happened. The place is kind of dirty and needs to be cleaned. Especially the bathroom areas so I blame them on the owners they’re not falling through on getting the right equipment and workers or whoever cleans the bathrooms and other areas.

Cool spot and vibe. Disappointed in the Acai bowl. No flavor. Almost all coconut water. Very little fruit. Runny. We love Acai bowls. This was the worst one we’ve ever had. Hopefully just a bad day for the workers making it and not the norm.
Legit disgusting. Can’t even call it an açaí bowl. Employee was incredibly rude when I showed them my watery açaí bowl that was grey and my friends bowl was half frozen banana. They told us they couldn’t remake bc their boss would yell at them. A super weird experience all around

I am a regular nekter customer at various valley locations— one thing is for sure. There is a widespread issue with customers receiving all the items they paid for when ordering delivery or pickup.
I ordered for a group at work and spent $100+ — and was missing a $20 bowl and a smoothie. You can imagine the disappointment when some folks got their order while others did not.
I have made similar reviews about the location near central and camelback— that seems to have gotten better and now this one but work is having issues.
May I suggest a training for all the Phoenix metro area on the process of making and packing an order.
My husband and I decided to give nektar a try! It was our first time trying this acia bowl especially the peanut butter one with all the good toppings!! The coconut whip cream was delicious! I will be going back again! The crew was amazing, fast working! The restrooms were clean.

Your pricing is too $$. I can get an açai bowl at chop chop for $9. It’s the same size as yours and tastes better. I only shop there when I have a coupon.

I ordered a mango açaí bowl but it had no açaí in it? I would have gone back to ask them to fix it but I had a meeting to get to. Otherwise they were super nice and quick.

Workers are super friendly and polite. I got a bowl and it took less than 5 mins. They suggested downloading the app too to get rewards. Overall great experience and I will be coming back.
