Let me start and say i go to Nekter weekly at the planet location in chandler.... so needless to say receiving my online order looking this sad was completely disappointing. I ordered double pea protien in the peanut butter bowl.... it just looks and tastes like a 3/4 filled watery mess. Won't return to this location.

I’m beginning to visit so frequently I’m recognising the staff, and vice versa I’m sure. Well, I’m real appreciative of their coconutty generosity the other day. These last few weeks have been intense but these acai bowls keep me afloat.

The açaí bowls here are very good. The inside is nice and has a variety of seating. The staff was helpful and made my order quick.

I love Nektar! Recently did a 3 day cleanse and get an açaí bowls on the weekends. First time at this location and it was an unfortunate experience. I ordered ahead for 15 minute pickup… I got there on time, but there is no parking at this location which I didn’t realize. There were 2 people working, who were in the weeds. They were telling new guests that there was a 25 minute wait for an order, and each party left (turned down about 15 people in the 20 min I was waiting). One worker was apathetic, seemed to be cleaning the juicer slowly? Never produced an item. The other seemed to be trying but had a guy asking for a refund, and was making items. Total though in 20 min she only produced one item after I got there and then mine. I fail to see how busy they were when nothing was being made. For the time it took I ended up having to pay $2 in parking with my dog in the car, and I wish I could get my tip back I left ahead on the app (won’t do that ahead ever again). The bowl tasted okay, too runny. I will never return to this location- thank goodness I have prior experience with the company. Customer service nightmare. This location won’t make it without better management.

Used mobile app but still had to wait a considerable amount of time. Toxin Flush was exactly how I like it and superfood acai bowl was good too.

$10 açaí bowl in a cup… just go to the Original ChopShop instead

I pre ordered my juice and bowl 20 minutes before arriving. Once I arrived they still had not started. This is the second time this location lacked in speed of service. I expect to wait for something fresh but the purpose off app ordering is for speed and accuracy. My app order said est pickup 909 but I guess that’s estimated start time. Noted.

It was pretty average. The employees were constantly in the kitchen making drinks and bowls for the customers. I, unfortunately, didn't receive a friendly greeting when walking into the shop. It was just "How may I help you?" without a hello. At least I got the drink I ordered.

They have great fresh juices and bowls. But I think the menu should probably have some fresh fruit juices as well.

Açaí bowls aren’t the best, but a great atmosphere overall

I placed an order online, and it was ready when I arrived! I love all of the customizability options available online, and how the employees were ready for it when I arrived. Your store is bright, cheery and clean and immediately put me in a good mood when I walked in - your store and acai bowl started my day off right! I was super impressed.
