Nekter Juice Bar - Tempe

I ordered my juice at 10:12. It is now 10:46 and I’m just walking out of there and she gave me the wrong size.

The drink that i ordered def did not taste like it was made right, it was still good but not the same ( I get the same drink all the time) The customer service was nice but the employee definitely seemed timid and had to go into the back twice to get my to go order, she was very friendly!

I had the pb&j protein shake and the cucumber detox drink very refreshing.. the staff was very friendly. It’s a great place to read.

I ordered from home and drove to pick it up, which took about 15min. When I got there my order wasn't started, so they found it and started making it. Then after 5min they came out to ask what I ordered. They then brought an in-person customer order out who ordered after I got there, and then mine. They also got my order wrong so it had to be fixed, which was a relatively quick fix.

communication could’ve been better. also, more effort in food quality & customer service.

I would appreciate the ability to input names on the online order. That would greatly impact our experience for groups- especially with customizations. Everything else was good Thanks!

I ordered two bowls as an online order. I should have looked in the bag because I received one wrong bowl. They accidently made a berry bowl and not an almond butter bowl. Disappointed but it was still tasty! And I'll keep coming here.

Experience was good, but the bowl wasn’t as filled as it should have been.

Seems like they need to update the hours on the door. 2nd time I’ve tried to go in 10 minutes before they close, since that’s the only break I have between classes, and they were closed.

Im going to lead with smoothie was great and no complaints with the product. I ordered online and order was not ready. The parking and accessability in this location is horrible.No parking within a mile.
