Live nearby and was at the gym, so placed an order pickup for 10:30AM an hour ahead. Arrive there around 10:40AM and got bowls 20 minutes after scheduled time. Once the bowls were ready, we received them with toppings dripping off and no lids. The lady walked away and left us to figure out how to put lids on overflowing bowls. Half of the toppings fell off of one and it was a mess for 13-14 dollar bowls.
Good. It was morning so it was quiet inside but the girl working was friendly and my order was ready when I arrived. I love smoothies and fruit bowls so I will always come back. My bowl may not have been blended as much as I would have liked but that’s okay.

Customer service: seems pissed you walked in (tipped him 1.50 just to cheer him up and doesn’t say thank you) vibe is just complete off
Smoothie: fruits not sweet at all. Not blended completely. Fruit sitting at the bottom. Overall just taste like garbage. #honestreview
My Nekter at ASU was so busy today, there was a really long line when I came in, and yet the employees got out everyone’s drinks so fast! Delicious as always and props to them for kicking butt during the rush.
