I love Nekter a lot, I really do. However, the past two times I have ordered online, when I arrive at the store to pick it up, the staff is always very unfriendly and does even acknowledge the customers. The last time I went, I stood at the designated area for mobile orders and multiple staff members looked at me and looked away, not only did they neglect to ask if I had a mobile order, they didn’t even say hello. I had to eventually flag someone down and say I had a mobile order that I was picking up. This was probably 10 min after I arrived/after the first worker saw me.
Another thing, in your app, the pink flamingo smoothie doesn’t have the option to add cacao nibs. I placed the order without being able to add them, and then I immediately called the store to ask if they could add them and I would pay for it in cash when I arrived. The person who answered acted like this request was absurd and had to get permission from a manager? To me this should have been a no-brainer.

Had two bowls from there back to back, really tasty and flavorful. I like the variety of toppings. Its been difficult finding a smoothie place that actually uses real ingredients and this place does not dissapoint

I’ve always had good experiences at Nekter but I’ve noticed recently the smoothie bowls have been more liquidy and less thick. My only complaint though. Everything else is great.
