The staff was running way behind and I feel as if she made my order rushed and did not put the full amount of ingredients into it therefore the smoothie didn’t taste as good as it typically does

I almost never leave bad reviews because I would rather not be responsible for any punishments imposed on hourly workers, but I just paid $13 for an EXTREMELY watery and nasty smoothie. Clearly whoever made this smoothie had no idea what they were doing because it’s been executed very badly. To make matters worse, I even TIPPED for this smoothie because I assumed it would be good. Boy was I wrong. I do not plan to return.

I absolutely LOVE Nékter in Bearden!! I go at least once if not twice a week!! I have the app and just hit “reorder”. So easy and quick. The staff is always so friendly and helpful! The bowls and smoothies rock! Also, I get their ginger and lemon shot. Soooo good!

I’ve never had a bad experience in the store. I’ve had 1 problem with a smoothie that no one reached out about when I mentioned it, but otherwise it’s been nice.

The service is always quick and friendly. Today’s smoothie was not great. The raspberries should be strained through a cheesecloth. The entire smoothie was nothing but seeds. I have ordered raspberry smoothies from other places home with much better results.

They were attentive to my allergy and made sure the person making my smoothie knew what to do to limit cross contamination risks!
My experience has been great the last couple times. My husband and I really enjoyed our smoothies and he has already put in his request for another one today on our day off!
