Paid for cacao nibs but didn't get them in my smoothie.

My wife convinced me to try this place. A coworker and her love the smoothie bowls. I tried the açaí banana berry bowl and it was amazing! To be honest the blended portion isn’t strong in flavor but once you mix it with everything else its amazing. I highly recommend! Update: came here Sunday 9/3/23. My wife ordered two of the banana berry bowls. I asked her to add apple to mine. I got the order and it had literally less than a small slice of apple in it. I was charged $1.50 for this. It wasn’t even a bites worth. So I brought it up to the front to ask if I could have more apple and the girl was rude and asked If I wanted it taken out. I said no I’d like $1.50 worth of apple or a refund of the $1.50. She came back with the same amount she put in there the first time and rudely smashed it into my bowl and walked away. Customer service is usually pretty good here but I’m not sure I want to come back to this location. I highly recommend not adding extra fruit.

I ordered online and it was ready for me when I arrived. Great service and excellent smoothie.

The smoothie was good, I had dental work done and wanted something soft. The only problem was the peanut butter was stuck in the straw so I had to get a different straw - it was too thick to go through the straw

Pretty good smoothies but almost $30 for two medium smoothies is way too pricey for what you get.

I got 2 smoothies and a bowl, they were all so bland :/ have had better experiences at other locations.

its always pleasant but this smoothie just never sits right in my stomach so I wont be ordering it again. Thanks!
