I don’t really care for apples and they were cut so thick not like the usual. And I don’t like that I can’t ask to add ginger or tumeric into the açaí smoothie.
The staff is “ok”. They aren’t usually friendly and don’t try to get to know customers. But yet they want a tip? How about at least ask customers how’s there day going and smile ?

Love the smoothies but the customer service is not very good. No greeting, employees looked annoyed and couldn't be bothered having customers. Didn't make it feel like a welcoming environment or a place I would want to return to.

The prices have gone up significantly so I will probably refrain from coming as often as a small smoothie for $10 isn’t sustainable. Everything tasted great but the coupon I tried to use in the app also didn’t work.

Why does it always take 45 mins for a mobile order to make, regardless of how busy/not busy it is?
I think there were some new employees in training but the smoothies I got had chunks of dates and ginger that was not blended well and got stuck in my straw.
