Locations are always understaffed and you have to wait substantial wait times for something that should be a quick turn around. You cannot expect people to wait for a smoothie or juice like they would food delivery in a restaurant. Add more machines and staff appropriately for your busy times during the day. I do not even go to the Arrowhead location any longer for this reason.

Great, my bowl was ready. Employees were working on smoothies when I walked up; I think they should always say “I’ll be right with you” especially when they see you. But, it was just a few minutes and they acknowledged me.

I always love how attentive they are to the specific smoothie requests I make.

This is one of the better Nekters in the valley! The girls are always incredibly nice, smoothie and açai bowls are always delicious and consistent, and service is quick!

The staff isn't very welcoming but the smoothies are so good. My son and I have tried a few different ones and haven't been disappointed yet!

Way to overpriced for what you get. Almost $30 for 2 watered down smoothies.

Stopped in today for some ginger shots and a smoothie to help us feel better. AJ and Becca were very helpful and the smoothie was great! Thanks for the recommendation of vanilla whey in the drinks!!

This Nektar location in particular seems to be lacking in good employees. I placed a mobile order and walked in as they were "just finishing it up". 15 minutes later I still don't know where my drink was, but I did see the employee who made it enjoying the other half in the back room as my drink was bigger than what would fit in the cup due to me PAYING EXTRA for kale and Hemp Protein. $9 for a 16oz smoothie doesn't seem like a good bargain when at least another 10oz was consumed by the employee right in front of my face. You're welcome for lunch Nektar employee!

The product is good, but I probably won’t come back. There were only probably 5-6 people ahead of us, but we waited 30 minutes for a smoothie. There needs to be an expedited flow behind the counter.

Those who haven't been to nekter before I don't recommend going to the new location in Glendale. For your first time try one of the other locations like the one located by the kierlands otherwise you will be deterred from the healthy and amazing drinks the other locations serve. My first time here I ordered the same thing I always order a trop cooler unfortunately the consistency is very thick and not smoothie like and the flavor is not there, taste like I'm eating grass

I like Jamba Juice better. I'm someone who likes vege smoothies and this place has none. They have vege juices and they have 2 blended juice options. I asked if they could blend any juice and they said no, just the two. A 24oz was $9. Idk. Think I'd rather pay half the price and get a berry upbeet or carrot karma at Jamba. Plus, it was gross. $9 down the drain.
