I placed my order online, and when I came in one employee was taking an order from an in person, and then he was starting to make that person's order. I did not see any other employees except the one male, so I was sitting at the end of the counter waiting to ask somebody and finally I had to say excuse me can somebody help me I've been waiting I called in my order 20 minutes ago and I'm kind of in a hurry, so he did stop and pull my smoothie order out of the refrigeration and gave it to me and then I got to go. But, I had to bring it to his attention. I felt like he saw me standing there. He should've asked if I need to be helped or if I'm waiting on an order not sure where the other employees were somewhere in the back.

This location constantly falls short. Products made are usually lacking ingredients that are advertised to come with product ex. Strawberry banana protein smoothie did not come with the strawberry chia jam. Equipment sounds like it’s going to break; in fact the juicer jammed while they were making my drink. I ordered online and it said my order would be ready at 9:52 I arrived at 9:55 and they only started working on my order once I arrived in store. The poor guy was basically working by himself. He was nice, friendly, and clearly trying to stay on top of all the orders while his female coworker stayed on the phone in the back while ignoring customers. This location is clearly understaffed and it reflects in the quality of product. Every time I give this location a try I’m reminded why I avoid it.

The smoothie was delicious, and ordering in the app was easy. When I arrived at the store, one employee was waiting for a customer to tell her an order. Though the employee did not seem to be actively engaged with that customer, she did not greet me. I was unsure where to pick up my item, and eventually guessed at the counter near the back of the store. Though the first employee saw me looking confused and walking back there, she did not seem to be concerned or to notify anyone else. Someone did appear at the counter fairly quickly, though, and she got my smoothie quickly. She was efficient but not overly welcoming or friendly. I love the smoothies and bowls, but am not overly impressed with the staff at this location. This was my only time visiting there, so I will withhold judgement until I've visited again.

Delicious no-sugar-added fruit smoothies. First time there, I ordered four drinks, and was impressed with all of them. Try this place out, it’s really good!
i go to this location 6 days a week and get the same smoothly. the reason i go to this location is the excitement and warm welcoming customer service of those young guys and girls who work there.
i love this place because of these employees. i feel very welcomed and my smoothie tastes excellent at all times.
