I'm a smoothie person, therefore when shopping for a blend that is both fresh, tasty, healthy and Instagram worthy. Necktar is the place for me! The pink flamingo is my favorite.

I never got the free bowl/smoothie I was told I would get for downloading the app. Also when we walked in they said you could only order on the app and not at the counter. Bad service.

Don’t go here. Came into this location with just one person waiting in line, waited for about 20 minutes and not one single worker took anybody’s order, nor did they even say anything to us. Finally the line started to grow and an additional 10 people came behind me in line and all the workers did was continue to make their online orders. Finally after another 10 minutes I finally got my order taken. Then had to wait an additional 20 minutes for them to make 1 smoothie. Spent damn near in hour in here when there was one person ahead of me when I walked in… never coming back.
The smoothie I got didn’t taste good and wasn’t even properly blended. Also what’s up with the random transactions??? Your machine wasn’t working ? I would have like to be notified before you randomly decide to make a transaction on my card. Thumbs down !

We came to the Indio location at 7:53pm we were going to order. The employee approached us and said we are closed. We close at 8pm and we cannot take orders because it takes us five minutes to make a bowl or a smoothie. Employees are poorly trained and rude.
We have been to Nekter a few times, but do yourself a favor and go to the Palm Springs location.
The staff here is rude, they have a “can’t be bothered” attitude, and do not know how to make the smoothies.
The most recent batch of smoothies we got tasted like they used dirty water or forgot multiple ingredients.
Cannot recommend this location, hopefully the bad vibes here don’t rub off on the other nearby location.
This place is really nice! The staff was really friendly and informative ! I ordered 3 different things and all were delicious and quickly made. They had multiple samples for us to try, all really good.
The cold brew smoothie tasted exactly like the epals Mocha drink. I will be coming back!
