No smiles , you should really consider putting robots instead of people.

Sometimes I am hesitant to buy my smoothies at this location. Feel it can be better .

They forgot items in my bowls and didn’t give us spoons when it was selected in the order and charged extra

everytime they get it righttt, smoothies are so good, came in today brianne was so sweet and attentive give my girl a raise, i got a glow getter and the new pure berry bliss oh my goodness sooo yum 10/10

Great! The order was ready and the clerk was very helpful and friendly.

I have consistently experienced poor customer service at this location. The wait time to place an order is often excessive, and the staff appears to have difficulty managing multiple orders efficiently. Most concerning, during my most recent visit I observed an individual—who may have been an employee off duty or a friend of an employee—holding a small dog in the back kitchen area where food is stored. This raised serious concerns about sanitation and food safety. I believe allowing animals in a food preparation area is inappropriate and could pose a health risk to customers.

Easy to order and it was ready on time

Honestly disappointed I love Nekter but the experience at this location was not good. The worker barely acknowledged me and did not give me my full order. She didn’t even verify what I was picking up. Gave me half my order then turned around I had to “bother” her to tell her I was still missing a drink. Then had to tell another worker there that there was no spoons. Unfortunately this location is the only one near me

Went in to get a smoothie for the first time and Gen and Susan were so lovely!!! I couldn’t decide what smoothie to get and they recommended the strawberry banana smoothie with coconut whip and it’s so delicious!! Definitely coming back for another smoothie! Thank you Gen and Susan!!
