Sometimes I am hesitant to buy my smoothies at this location. Feel it can be better .

everytime they get it righttt, smoothies are so good, came in today brianne was so sweet and attentive give my girl a raise, i got a glow getter and the new pure berry bliss oh my goodness sooo yum 10/10

Went in to get a smoothie for the first time and Gen and Susan were so lovely!!! I couldn’t decide what smoothie to get and they recommended the strawberry banana smoothie with coconut whip and it’s so delicious!! Definitely coming back for another smoothie! Thank you Gen and Susan!!

Ordered 3 smoothies and an açaí bowl all delicious. The staff were friendly and very fast. We will be back!

Susana and Brianna were very friendly! The smoothies tasted delicious and it’s a great source of protein before getting in a good workout!! 💪

Great I arrived and the employee kept me up to speed with my order. She was very friendly and the smoothies were perfect

My family stopped into this location. We ordered 2 açai bowls and 2 smoothies. Immeditatly I could tell the woman taking my order was in a bad mood. She had no facial expression and seemed annoyed by us placing an order. Both smoothies did not taste good or correct. I asked for one smoothie to be fixed (either add more ingredients to make it taste better or remake) for my son. I was willing to drink my disgusting drink in order to just get out of there. The woman refused to fix the drink or to give us another one or our money back. I asked for a supervisor. Another young woman approached and said she was the supervisor and she refused to do anything to make it better as well. I informed them that we frequently purchase Nekter products at other locations and this is not the service or the quality that we are used to. I placed a complaint online and it has been a week and I have not received any correspondence from Nekter. We were on our way to our vacation and we were charging our Tesla. Rather than sit in the store we chose to sit in our car. They were giving us bad looks and making us uncomfortable.

AMAZING, I JUST HAD MY WISDOM TEETH REMOVED. IM ONLY ABLE TO DRINK SMOOTHIES AND MAN WHAT A BLESSING. GREAT TASTE, GREAT PROTEIN, AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

My family had just came into town and we all wanted a smoothie! We drove all the way here while they were open mind you, 1:30. We went in and they completely shut us down and said they weren’t taking orders?? no sign or anything? Why even be open if your not going to serve your customers 😂

Honestly please just close your restaurant down until your systems are up and running and all your ingredients are in stock. Showed up at 10:35am and their systems were down which required you to download their app to order. After ordering a $10 peanut butter smoothie I was alerted that they are out of peanut butter and there was nothing in stock to substitute for the peanut butter- no refunds offered. Honestly disappointed

Absolutely horrible customer service, the smoothie I got was not I asked for. I asked for a strawberry banana smoothie and I got some nasty berry acia smoothie. I’m absolutely disappointed in this location and the way that they represent Nektar.

Unfortunately everything takes a long time. Even when you order ahead. At least the smoothies are great. The service would be much better off they staffed more help. Only one employee. Order ahead and then stand on the right. They have poor signage but there’s a small sign for pickups that points to the right. When I walked in there was no one but the one person working was working on orders. I didn’t see the sign so I walked up to the counter and was told to wait. If I would have only stood to the right side of the counter she would have k known I had a pick up. Instead I waited until she finished other orders. Next time I’ll stand to the right

I don’t like the cashew milk cause it gave me a stomach ache. I think your smoothies are really good delicious and they’re close to my house but I wish you had yogurt. I think I might be allergic to the cashew milk. I would definitely recommend you guys and I wouldn’t tell anybody about my issues with cashew milk. I’m just letting you guys know.

I didn’t think anyone worked there. We waited at the cash register for a while.Then I ordered over $60 worth of drinks, and the experience was incredibly uncomfortable from start to finish. The employee, Sophia, was rude and dismissive the entire time. When I tried to pay with a $100 bill, she refused (which I understand if it’s store policy), but her tone and attitude made the interaction tense. When I accidentally inserted my card the wrong way, she rolled her eyes and acted frustrated instead of helping politely. I ordered a simple smoothie for my daughter just strawberries and bananas. She agreed but added chia seeds at the bottom. When I asked for it to be remade, she became visibly angry and made me wait about 10 minutes while she prioritized other online orders, even though she was the one who made the mistake. When she finally remade it, she came back and asked again if I just wanted strawberries and bananas, to which I said yes no chia seeds. She then argued with me about what the menu says and told me she couldn’t make it how I asked. She started throwing things around, sighing, and rolling her eyes, acting completely unprofessional. After I told her she didn’t need to be so angry it’s just a shake she continued trying to justify her behavior, saying she’s “just human.” The smoothie she remade was blended so thick my daughter couldn’t even drink it through a straw. I come to this shopping center often, but after this experience, I will never come back to this location. All I asked for was a simple order made with basic courtesy instead, I left feeling disrespected and uncomfortable.

Purchased 4 smoothies 10-19-25 at around 5pm walk in NO ONE is inside, employee walks out the restroom he says nothing at all doesn't acknowledge my daughter and I, walks to his working area has his back to us, so I say "HIIIIII" his only reply was "Pick up right, I'm assuming you want a cupholder" I spent almost $60, it's a luxury to buy at this place its not cheap, they can have better service. For some of us these are hours of our day we work for our hard earned money, and I felt like I was an inconvenience to that kid. HORRIBLE!
