Customer service was spot on and so was my smoothie! Unfortunately this location is understaffed. There was only one employee working. The whole time I waited for my pick up order I saw the employee still providing excellent customer service while trying to fulfill so many orders by herself! Management needs to schedule more people during peak hours so there is not just one person.

My first visit and I was impressed with the service, the smoothie and the shop. Will be going back again.

I love the protein power bowl and recently tried the orange smoothie which was quite good. Though, I am a bit disappointed today because I ordered the protein power bowl like normal but decided to pay the few dollars extra to get extra granola in my bowl and instead of extra granola it seems like I got half the usual amount.

The service and quality is always top tier. I love stopping by nekter for a juice or smoothie.

Quick friendly service and a delicious smoothie bowl

Why do you have one person working when every morning I’ve come there’s multiple guests inside? Yesterday we waited 20+ minutes between ordering and getting our bowls. Today I actually got to order within five minutes but the guy after me was told it would be a 15 minute wait before she got to him. Bull crap. I used to work at one of these locations and know for a fact it doesn’t take that long to make these bowls, juices, and smoothies.

Nekter Juice Bar was a nice stop while waiting for the Tesla to charge. My wife and kids popped in for smoothies, and while it took a bit for their order to be made, it actually worked out since it gave us a little extra time to top off the battery. They enjoyed their drinks—a strawberry smoothie and a berry one—both fresh and flavorful. Service was decent, and the location was convenient. A good option if you’re looking for something refreshing while on the road.

Ordering was simple enough through nektar app; however, it was the wrong order. Two items were correct and one was incorrect. I had ordered a smoothie and instead received a bowl.

Went to pick up my smoothie the gentleman was just sitting on top of the counter and then I told him I had a online order he got up and he lies saying that it just came out

If you want 90% water down acai and being skimped on toppings this is the place for you. Almost $14 for a specialty bowl and almost $9 for a little small smoothie

Staff was friendly and quick. Smoothie and bowl we're made good compared to the past.

Walked in at 7:55pm (closing is 8pm) on Friday, August 2nd to get a smoothie for my boys. As I walk in, door unlocked, I’m told they are closed for the night. Listen I fully understand cleaning up for the night, prepping for opening, etc. but if there’s 5 minutes before closing then the expectation would be that I can still get a smoothie. I love this Nektar, but last night was not a great experience. Hope this can get figured out!
