I tried your shakes for the first time. It (birthday batter/cake) was very underwhelming. It was very watery. I would’ve thought the shakes would’ve been thicker in consistency but if I had to do it all over again, I would definitely have chosen a smoothie for two dollars less than what I paid for the shake.

unfriendly and poor customer service. good smoothies but I cringe every time i go here because employees are just plain weird.
My friend and I both had to throw away our order. Her smoothie was watery and no fruit flavor and my açaí bowl was super watered down. No flavor. I did a mobile pickup and came within the 10 minute window.

I’ve been getting the AB health Nit smoothie and the first time I got it it was delicious, this time and the last before I wasn’t too satisfied the taste/flavor tends to change wish it wouldn’t .

Experience was good with people working there , a few are nice and helpful . When I get smoothies from the Indio store they are very watery every time I buy one . I might as well buy a juice instead of a smoothie.

Its always a pleasant experience to order and pickup my smoothie at the Indio Nekar. My drink always tastes great and is done on time. Staff is great and friendly.
