Nekter Juice Bar - Indio

Just like some of the other reviewers, I had a fraudulent charge of $10 on my bank statement yesterday from this location. Haven’t been to this location in months! Very disappointed in this location, along with Nekter Corporate for their lack of communication with this issue. My sister, who was also frauded, has reached out via phone AND through their website, and crickets. Not to mention we tried calling the actual location and no answer there, as well. Don’t go to this location. Something is fishy.

Similar to other reviews in the last day, I had a fraudulent charge of $16 on my card this morning from this Nekter location. My sister had a $10 charge on her card. We haven’t been to this Nekter in months. I’ve reached out to Nekter corporate via phone call and through their website form. Radio silence so far. Not sure what’s going on here, but it’s not good. Don’t go to this location.

0 stars if I could. Someone here is doing multiple transactions with my moms Card and she has not been here in months. We even try calling and no answer. Very Sketch!

As the other reviews from today this place is fraudulent. Beware. I recommend checking your statements if you have ever used your card here.

I was here a few months ago and all of a sudden my bank has a $10 transaction that I did not make, never using my card here, use CASH

I had fraud on my card from this place. I called to ask them for receipts and they were no help at all. Do not use your card here.

We waited a full 40 minutes for them to make our order of just 2 Açaí bowls.

Great smoothies

We came to the Indio location at 7:53pm we were going to order. The employee approached us and said we are closed. We close at 8pm and we cannot take orders because it takes us five minutes to make a bowl or a smoothie. Employees are poorly trained and rude.

Excellent healthy smoothies and juices. What we needed in north indio. Friendly staff. Highly recommend it!

We have been to Nekter a few times, but do yourself a favor and go to the Palm Springs location. The staff here is rude, they have a “can’t be bothered” attitude, and do not know how to make the smoothies. The most recent batch of smoothies we got tasted like they used dirty water or forgot multiple ingredients. Cannot recommend this location, hopefully the bad vibes here don’t rub off on the other nearby location.

I always love this place. Their immunity shots are really great too. Highly recommend the pink flamingo and adding the antioxidant boost. Super yummy.

This place is really nice! The staff was really friendly and informative ! I ordered 3 different things and all were delicious and quickly made. They had multiple samples for us to try, all really good. The cold brew smoothie tasted exactly like the epals Mocha drink. I will be coming back!
