Good so far, although I do wish that you had a few more fruit options like raspberries.

I never got the free bowl/smoothie I was told I would get for downloading the app. Also when we walked in they said you could only order on the app and not at the counter. Bad service.

It was fine, I didn’t really interact with anyone.

We ordered in the app to “skip” the line, and had an estimated 20 mins for our order to be picked up, showed up on time to pick up our order, and the order wasn’t ready… as far as I could see there was only one girl working by herself… so, I went back out to my car to wait and then saw in the app that my order was “complete”. Only to go back in and find the poor girl still working on completing the previous order. I am not in anyway blaming her, I’m sure she’s not in charge of scheduling, but doubt we’ll be back anytime soon.

The bowls are delicious and the staff is sweet. You can add protein to balance the carbs!

Don’t go here. Came into this location with just one person waiting in line, waited for about 20 minutes and not one single worker took anybody’s order, nor did they even say anything to us. Finally the line started to grow and an additional 10 people came behind me in line and all the workers did was continue to make their online orders. Finally after another 10 minutes I finally got my order taken. Then had to wait an additional 20 minutes for them to make 1 smoothie. Spent damn near in hour in here when there was one person ahead of me when I walked in… never coming back.

There’s no real acai in the acai bowls it’s mostly other fruit! acai should be a dark purple color what they gave me was not acai. Neither did it taste anything like it.

I was picking up a DoorDash and they are so rude there and in addition I got a charge from my own credit card account for $24 and I never even Bought anything there. I had to freeze my account and order new cards. I’m convinced by seeing other peoples reviews someone either goes there to hack or it’s an employee of Nekter.

Watch out !! Don’t use you card here. Noticed multiple fraudulent Charges on my card from this location when I haven’t been there in months. What’s going on you guys?

This place made fraudulent charges to my card months after my purchase and could show no proof of receipt when I called , DO NOT Use your card here.

The smoothie I got didn’t taste good and wasn’t even properly blended. Also what’s up with the random transactions??? Your machine wasn’t working ? I would have like to be notified before you randomly decide to make a transaction on my card. Thumbs down !

This place used my card information months after I went there for a transaction. Very suspicious behavior. Then when I called to ask about it they just won’t answer the phone. Be careful with using a debit or credit card at this place because they obviously are not very careful with their customers personal information.
