My family had just came into town and we all wanted a smoothie! We drove all the way here while they were open mind you, 1:30. We went in and they completely shut us down and said they weren’t taking orders?? no sign or anything? Why even be open if your not going to serve your customers 😂
My daughter and I went to get a juice and the door was locked. Someone came out to tell us that we have to order online and locked the door again. So we went back to our car, ordered online and waited for the order to be ready before standing by the door again and wait for someone to come out and let us in the store to pick up our order. It was an awkward experience. My juice was good, no complaints about that.

Do not come in if you’re on a time crunch. As stated by other reviewers, to say this store is understaffed would be an understatement. I came in today around one, so peak lunch hours, and was told there was going to be at least a 20 minute wait, to which I was fine with as there was only one girl manning the shop this afternoon. I then had to sit there and watch this poor girl try to juggle, at the very least, 10 different orders, while also trying to gracefully react to a man double her age, yelling, berating, and cursing at her for not going at a faster speed or letting him cut ahead of those who ordered before him- with MORE online orders coming in on top of that. It was very clear that she was frustrated and trying to not to cry as she got the rest of our orders out after that, to which I have to say Nekter, DO BETTER FOR YOUR STAFF!! This location is severely understaffed and the kids working here deserve better from their management. If you plan on visiting this store, please have patience with the staff here as yelling at them isn’t going speed up the process at all.
A previous person already acknowledged this but this place is severely understaffed. They have one person running everything, prep, making bowls, juicing, cash register. You can tell she was frustrated and overwhelmed but I don't blame her. Whoever owns this place is failing her and actively losing business as I watched many people walk out once they realized how long they were going to have to wait. I would recommend spending your money elsewhere.
Honestly please just close your restaurant down until your systems are up and running and all your ingredients are in stock. Showed up at 10:35am and their systems were down which required you to download their app to order. After ordering a $10 peanut butter smoothie I was alerted that they are out of peanut butter and there was nothing in stock to substitute for the peanut butter- no refunds offered. Honestly disappointed
My mini chia cup was very, very mini. did not have a lot of chia in it.Mostly granola, and the granola wasn't the peanut butter granola. It was just granola with peanut butter drizzled on top. Not what I usually get from my nectar in long beach.

Overall the order never disappoints, unfortunately they are under staffed. They only have one person working at all times which makes the wait time super long. There was a petition at the register asking for signatures to get more staff. Nice girls work there but you can tell they get stressed out. This should be a fun first job type of environment.
Absolutely horrible customer service, the smoothie I got was not I asked for. I asked for a strawberry banana smoothie and I got some nasty berry acia smoothie. I’m absolutely disappointed in this location and the way that they represent Nektar.
Unfortunately everything takes a long time. Even when you order ahead. At least the smoothies are great. The service would be much better off they staffed more help. Only one employee. Order ahead and then stand on the right. They have poor signage but there’s a small sign for pickups that points to the right. When I walked in there was no one but the one person working was working on orders. I didn’t see the sign so I walked up to the counter and was told to wait. If I would have only stood to the right side of the counter she would have k known I had a pick up. Instead I waited until she finished other orders. Next time I’ll stand to the right
